ESBELCAPS 20MG FENPROPOREX is a type of antidepressant and weight loss in Mexico. Esbelcaps doses contain 20 mg of fenproporex, an amphetamine, also contains 6 mg of diazepam, to treat conditions like anxiety disorders, alcohol withdrawal, severe muscle spasms, seizure disorders and to sedate an elderly patient dying from a debilitating disease The most common side effects of diazepam include fatigue, muscle weakness and lack of coordination.

Esbelcaps 20mg/6mg (Fenproporex and Diazepam) is a benzodiazepine derivative tranquilizer. It provides anxiolytic, sedative, anticonvulsant, central muscle relaxant effect. The mechanism of action is associated with increased inhibitory effect of GABA in the CNS. Muscle relaxant effect is also due to the inhibition of spinal reflexes.
